From Service to Assembly: Anchoring the Soul Trine Ascend Mission
Widening the Circle: An Open Invitation to our Grounded Sanctuary for Evolution
If you have noticed a quietness in your inbox or a pause in our weekly collective readings over the past few weeks, I would like to thank you for your patience. Behind that silence has been a whirlwind of intentional construction. Today, I am honored to share the “why” behind that pause and invite you into the next iteration of our shared mission.
Soul Trine has officially evolved. We have transitioned into a dual-structure organization to better serve the collective: Soul Trine Ascend, Inc., an independent spiritual assembly organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit church, and Soul Trine, LLC, our dedicated home for professional healing arts and therapeutic services.
A Decade of Building the Trine
This evolution is not a sudden change in direction, but the natural fulfillment of a journey that began in 2015.
When I first launched this mission, the focus was on providing Spiritual Guidance, Energy Services, and handcrafted Organic Skincare. We were planting the seeds of what it meant to care for the spirit and the outer vessel. As the community grew, so did the depth of our work. We expanded into immersive retreats, creating spaces for deep transformation away from the noise of the world.
In 2020, I became an Ordained Minister, a milestone that formally recognized the spiritual responsibility I held for this community. From there, we launched our Intuitive and Psychic Development Mentorships, helping seekers move from passive recipients of guidance to active masters of their own gifts.
In 2023, we introduced Meditation and Mindfulness as core offerings, providing the mental discipline required to navigate spiritual expansion. By 2025, we integrated Somatic Regulation, a vital practice for balancing the nervous system.
However, the “Trine”—the equilateral balance of Mind, Body, and Spirit—required a physical anchor. The addition of Licensed Massage Therapy in 2024 was the final piece of the architecture, allowing us to ground high-level spiritual evolution in the physical reality of the body. Transitioning into a formal church structure is the logical conclusion of these ten years. It is the container that finally holds all these pieces together.
The “Why” Behind the Church: Supporting Your Awakening
Many have asked why we chose the path of an independent spiritual assembly. The answer is simple: Sanctuary. Our mission has always been to facilitate the equilateral integration of Mind, Body, and Spirit.
By establishing Soul Trine Ascend, Inc., we are codifying our commitment to spiritual evolution as a public good. As a church, we are federally recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 508(c)(1)(A).
More importantly, this structure allows us to provide a brave and welcoming space for those navigating the complexities of their own evolution. We recognize that the path of ascension is rarely a straight line; it is a journey marked by profound awakenings that can be as disorienting as they are enlightening. We are here to support you through the highs, the lows, and the complex “in-betweens” associated with these shifts. Whether you are in a season of rapid expansion or the quiet “void” of integration, this assembly provides the time and the container to ground your experience.
We prioritize Internal Authority over external devotion. Becoming a church allows us to protect this space for the community, ensuring that the study of grounded spirituality remains accessible, protected, and focused on the sovereignty of the individual.
The Community Circles: Our Sacred Assembly
Our church services are held as Soul Trine Ascend Community Circles. These are not traditional sermons, but facilitated group inquiries where we bridge both foundational and advanced metaphysical concepts with grounded, everyday reality. Whether you are a beginner just starting to explore your spirituality or an advanced practitioner deepening your mastery, the Circle is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

For those who cannot join us in person, change is coming. We will soon be launching Video Church Services on the Sundays we do not meet in person, ensuring that the frequency of the Trine remains a constant support in your weekly life. Additionally, I am happy to announce that our Weekly Collective Readings will resume this week.
Reflection: Our Recent Gathering
In our most recent Community Circle, we dove deep into a topic that many in our assembly have been feeling: The Architecture of Isolation. We explored the unique loneliness that often accompanies a spiritual awakening—the space where you feel you “know better” but still crave a sense of unrefined belonging in the world.
The impact of this inquiry was visceral. We sat with the physical sensations of being misunderstood and practiced the “Shield & Soften” Protocol. Seeing the collective shift as we synchronized our breath and used low-tonal humming to ground our nervous systems was a powerful reminder of why this assembly exists. Many shared that the “Neutral No” has already become a vital tool in their homes, allowing them to maintain their internal frequency without retreating from their loved ones. This is the grounded work we will continue to build upon.
Removing the Barriers: All Content is Now Free
In alignment with our mission of accessibility, we have made a significant change to how we share knowledge. We are no longer offering paid subscriptions on our Substack/Blog. Effective immediately, all content that was previously behind a paywall has been converted to free content for the public. I believe that the tools for navigating a spiritual awakening and the protocols for maintaining Mind, Body, and Spirit wellness should not be restricted by financial capacity.
Moving forward, we are shifting to a model of Sacred Exchange. While the content is free, we invite those who find value in these resources to become Stewards of the mission. Your voluntary donations to the church are tax-deductible and go directly toward the creation of new free materials that align with our mission—maintaining holistic wellness and supporting the collective through their many awakenings.
